Vimro Wholesale Policies

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Vimro. Virmo LLC is proud to offer our premium outdoor spaces, sheds, and carports to qualified trade professionals, contractors, landscapers, and retail partners.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for all B2B (Business-to-Business) wholesale purchases. By applying for a wholesale account and placing a bulk order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Wholesale Account Eligibility

To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be a registered business. To apply, please email support@vimro.store with the subject line “Wholesale Application” and include the following:

  • Your Business Name and Address
  • Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email
  • A copy of your valid Business License, EIN (Employer Identification Number), or Resale Certificate
  • A brief description of your business and how you plan to sell or use our products.

We will review your application and respond within 3 to 5 business days. Virmo LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at our sole discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ)

Because our products are large freight items, we require minimum order quantities to extend bulk discounts.

  • Initial Order: The minimum opening wholesale order must be at least $3,000 USD or a minimum of three (3) structures.
  • Reorders: Subsequent orders must meet a minimum of $1,500 USD or two (2) structures.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Approved wholesale partners will receive our current Wholesale Pricing Tier list.

  • Payment Methods: All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement. As per our standard billing terms, we accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
  • Taxes: If you have provided a valid Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption form during the application process, sales tax will be waived on your orders.

4. Shipping and Freight for Bulk Orders

Please note: Our standard retail “Free Shipping” offer does not automatically apply to wholesale freight orders.

  • Freight Quotes: Due to the size and weight of bulk carport and shed orders, shipping costs are calculated on a per-order basis. We will provide a custom LTL (Less Than Truckload) or FTL (Full Truckload) freight quote before finalizing your invoice.
  • Receiving: The wholesale buyer is fully responsible for ensuring their delivery location can accommodate large freight trucks and for offloading the merchandise upon arrival.

5. Returns and Damages (Wholesale)

  • Final Sale: All wholesale and bulk orders are considered final sale. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or unsold inventory from our B2B partners.
  • Damages in Transit: If a wholesale shipment arrives visibly damaged, you must note the damage on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace the damaged parts or structures as quickly as possible.
  • Warranty: Vimro’s standard 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty applies to all wholesale items, covering manufacturing defects and missing parts.

6. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

To protect the integrity of the Vimro brand, we strictly enforce a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Wholesale partners who resell our products online or in-store may not advertise our products at a price lower than our current retail prices listed on vimro.store without prior written authorization. Violation of the MAP policy will result in the immediate termination of your wholesale account.
