At Vimro, we are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor structures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy under the terms below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in resellable condition, including all original parts, packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Products may be inspected or partially assembled, provided they are not damaged, altered, or missing components.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Once approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • Return authorization (RMA)
  • Return facility address

Please contact us before returning any item to ensure proper handling and faster processing.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    Vimro covers all return shipping costs and provides a prepaid return label.
  • Customer remorse (change of mind, wrong item, etc.):
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    Due to the large size and weight of our products, return shipping costs may be significant.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

For defective or damaged items, a full refund including shipping costs will be provided.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable for customer remorse returns.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
